When we created our first subscription box, we thought it was a definite success.
We launched, started fb ad campaigns and then - it flopped.
There's many reasons why:
- We were using clunky software that was hard for our subscribers to use.
- We didn't invest in photography or give potential subscribers an idea of what to expect in their box.

With successful subscription boxes (and not to successful boxes) under our belt, we know what works.
